Confirmation for the workshop
Once the fully filled registration form sent, you will have a e-mail of confirmation that your registration form have been received. If a place is still available, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a bank account number to finalise your registration process.
Please note that your registration will be effective only after bank tranfert have been received. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.
Acknowledgement of registration and receipt of fees will be sent soon after the registration form and full payment are received. Upon request, a letter of invitation will be sent.
Payment
All payments should be made by Bank transfer free of all bank charges and commissions.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation should be sent in written form to the Congress Secretariat – brusselsonography@gmail.com
- If notification is received
- Before January 01, 2027 - Full refund (less € 50 as a handling fee) of the registration fees may be obtained
- Before February 01, 2027 - 50 % refund will be made
- After February 01, 2027 - no refunds will be made

If you come by car, you will have access to the faculty parking at the back of the GE Building.
Nearest train stations are Central Station (Brussels Central/Brussel Centraal) and South Station (Brussels Midi/Brussel Zuid).
However note that High Speed Trains (TGV/Thalys/ICE) do not stop in Central Station.
